What is the delivery time of my order?
Once your order is placed, it will be processed within a few days .
After dispatch, the average delivery time is 3 to 6 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
What if my order hasn't arrived yet?
In exceptional cases, delivery may take a little longer, for example, due to busy carriers. Has the expected delivery time passed and you still haven't received your order?

How can I return my order?

What are the costs for returns?
The costs for returning an order are at your own expense .
The exact cost depends on the carrier you choose. These costs can range from €3.76 to €7.10 per package.
What are the conditions for returns?
You can return your order within 14 days of receipt , provided that:
· The product is unused and undamaged.
· The product (if reasonably possible) is in the original packaging.
For hygienic reasons , used products cannot be returned.

Unfortunately, once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
