Returns Policy

At Luffas, your satisfaction is our top priority. If your order isn't quite what you expected, you have the right to easily return it according to the conditions below.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After registering your return, you have another 14 days to return the product to us.

Returns Policy

To qualify for a full refund, the product must:

·       To be unused and undamaged

·       If reasonably possible, to be returned in the original packaging

·       To be complete, including any accessories

For hygienic reasons, used products cannot be returned unless otherwise agreed.

Return costs

The costs for returning an order are at your own expense .

These costs can vary between €3.76 and €7.10 per package. Consult your carrier's website for the exact rates.

Refund

Once we have received your return in good order, we will refund the full order amount within 14 days via the original payment method.
